My name is Rachael and my family are my world. I have two beautiful kids that were both 100% Baby Led Weaned from 6 months old, who were my inspiration of this website and the creation of two Baby Led Weaning e-books, and a very supportive husband who encourages me to keep doing my very best!
I hold a Diploma in Nutrition (plant-based), previously a personal fitness trainer and group fitness instructor, and now passionate about helping other families do Baby Led Weaning. My aim was to start this website to help others, as there was very little information out there about Baby Led Weaning (BLW) and what was available was conflicting.
After all my learnings I wrote TWO successful Baby Led Weaning E-books, approved by a Pediatric Dietitian, which can be purchased here (both of which include a 4 week starter meal plan, 40+ easy healthy recipes, visuals of how to serve foods and tips on BLW).
To all the Mums, Dads, Caregivers just starting out with BLW please be patient, take your time to do your research, consult your doctor if you have any allergies running in the family or concerned about anything to do with your baby.
